The objective of this project is to promote the podcast Craft Your Life With Altenew. This podcast dives into the world of crafting to explore inspiration, design, products, tips, techniques, common challenges, and more! Hosted by the popular paper crafting company, Altenew, this podcast will be the perfect thing to listen to while creating your own works of art! Gain insight into what it's like to be in the crafting industry, and share a few laughs along the way.
Altenew is a paper crafting company that has been in the industry since April 2014. They are well known for their floral stamps and has quickly has become a leader in the inspiration industry, and continues to innovate and influence the world of paper crafts. Altenew strives to encourage crafters to express their own unique creativity through the art of paper crafting.
As Altenew's video editor, one projects under my umbrella is this podcast. I am in charge of editing the podcast recordings, publishing, and tracking the podcast's monthly analytics. I proposed this soundbite video project to give crafters and Altenew fans a snippet of the whole podcast.
For the soundbite editing, the process included creating template drafts for the team's approval, organizing the elements of each episode to the artboard in Adobe Photoshop, selecting and transcribing a 1-minute-long episode snippet, and editing the video. The materials were provided by Altenew's in-house graphic designer.
